Welcome to a9agent. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "you") and a9agent ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming services accessible ata9agent.cam and any related subdomains, mobile applications, or digital interfaces operated under the a9agent brand.

By accessing this Platform, creating an account, making deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise engaging with any feature or service offered by a9agent, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as any supplementary policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

a9agent operates as an online entertainment and gaming platform providing sports betting, live casino, slot games, esports betting, lottery products, and crash games to users in markets where such services are accessed. Our platform is designed with Malaysian users in mind and all monetary transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

Registration and use of the a9agent Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at all times during a Member's use of the service:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. a9agent strictly enforces a minimum age of 21+ for all registered Members. Creating an account while under this age is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• Legal Capacity: You must be of full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be merged or closed, with any associated bonuses forfeited.
• Personal Use: Accounts must be registered for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not register or operate an account on behalf of any third party.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or Platform ban at the time of registration or use.
• Accurate Information: All registration details provided must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

To access real-money services on the Platform, prospective Members must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number.

Upon registration, a9agent may request supporting identity documentation as part of our KYC verification process. Members are responsible for providing clear, authentic documents and for promptly responding to any verification requests issued by the compliance team.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. a9agent will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. In the event you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or email.

• Do not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for an additional layer of security.
• Notify support immediately if you believe your account credentials have been compromised.
• a9agent reserves the right to suspend any account pending verification of suspicious activity.

a9agent supports a range of Malaysian payment methods to facilitate deposits into your Account. Accepted channels include Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency transfers.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account belongs to a person other than the registered Member — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

1. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and will be displayed in the Cashier section at the time of transaction.
2. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance instantly for e-wallet methods, and within 5-15 minutes for bank transfer channels under normal operating conditions.
3. a9agent does not charge processing fees on standard MYR deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside our control.
4. Deposits made using cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) are subject to network confirmation times typically ranging from 15to 30 minutes and are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting.
5. a9agent reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit transaction where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

Members may submit withdrawal requests at any time subject to the conditions set out in this clause. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order which they are received and are subject to the following conditions:

• The Member's Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to the first withdrawal being approved.
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to active bonus funds must be fully satisfied before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the Member's own verified name — no third-party payouts are permitted.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes to 30 minutes under normal conditions.
• DuitNow and FPX bank transfers are typically processed within 5to 15 minutes.
• Direct bank wire transfers may take between 15 and 60 minutes depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• a9agent reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests exceding specified thresholds, which may extend processing times.
• In cases where a Member has deposited funds without placing any qualifying wagers, a9agent reserves the right to deduct standard processing costs before releasing a refund withdrawal.

a9agent offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Members, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referal rewards, and VIP tier benefits. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotion's dedicated terms state otherwise:

1. Each promotion is available once per Member, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
2. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements which must be completed before any withdrawal of those funds is permitted. Wagering requirements specific to each promotion are stated in the promotion's terms.
3. a9agent reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, provided that modifications will not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to Member accounts.
4. Any Member found to be exploiting bonuses through coordinated multi-account activity, bonus abuse, or artificial wagering patterns will have their bonuses voided and their account reviewed for potential suspension.
5. Referal bonuses are payable once the referred friend has completed registration, passed KYC verification, and made a qualifying deposit meeting the minimum deposit threshold stated in the referal programme terms.
6. Birthday bonuses are applied to the Member's account during the registered birthday month, subject to the Member's active VIP tier status at the time.

All bets placed on the a9agent Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. These rules are made available within the Platform's help and rules section. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the relevant betting rules.

• Bets placed and accepted by the Platform are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed, subject to any specific void bet conditions outlined in the applicable sporting rules.
• a9agent reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a system error, data feed failure, or operator input error.
• In the event of a discrepancy between displayed odds and the correct odds at the time of bet placement, the correct odds at the time of acceptance shall apply.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or by live dealer procedures conducted under the operating rules of the respective game studio. a9agent does not influence game outcomes.
• All winings are credited to the Member's Account balance in MYR at the exchange rate applicable at the time of settlement for non-MYR denominated events.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the a9agent Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referal to appropriate authorities where warranted:

• Opening or operating more than one registered Account simultaneously or under multiple identities.
• Using automated scripts, bots, macros, or any other software tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for natural human use.
• Exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or technical vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage.
• Participating in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or coordinated advantage play designed to circumvent the Platform's betting integrity measures.
• Laundering funds through the Platform — depositing, wagering minimally, and withdrawing to obscure the origin of funds.
• Providing false identity information, uploading fraudulent KYC documents, or impersonating another individual.
• Allowing a third party to operate your Account, or operating another Member's Account on their behalf.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, using VPN or proxy tools to circumvent geo-restrictions.

a9agent is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools to assist Members in maintaining control of their gambling activity. We recognise that for a small minority of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care to those individuals seriously.

All Members are strongly encouraged to make active use of the responsible gambling tools available within their Account settings, including deposit limits, session time limits, reality check notifications, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available at no cost and can be activated or modified from the Member's account settings at any time.

• Minimum Age: a9agent enforces a strict 21+ minimum age requirement for all Members. We actively enforce this through mandatory KYC verification.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and the account will be restricted immediately upon confirmation.
• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set by the Member from within their account dashboard and take effect immediately upon activation.
• Reality Checks: Periodic session-duration notifications are available to help Members monitor the amount of time spent on the Platform during a single session.

All content, materials, trademarks, trade names, logos, software, algorithms, database structures, user interface designs, written text, and visual assets available on or through the a9agent Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of a9agent or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

• No content from the Platform may be reproduced, copied, distributed, republished, modified, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of a9agent.
• Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• Any unauthorised use of a9agent's intellectual property, including framing, scraping, or reverse engineering of Platform systems, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, a9agent, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to internet connectivity failures, hardware malfunctions, or third-party payment provider outages beyond our reasonable control.
• Errors in displayed odds, scores, or game results caused by data feed failures, provided such errors are corrected promptly upon discovery.
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to comply with these Terms, including misuse of Account credentials or violation of the prohibited conduct provisions.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or network congestion.
• Any loss or damage arising from the Member's voluntary use of the Platform and acceptance of inherent gambling risk.

In all cases, a9agent's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

a9agent reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy referenced herein.
2. Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
3. Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9 of these Terms.
4. Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or association with criminal enterprises.
5. Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction or closure.
6. Activation of a self-exclusion request by the Member.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining (i.e., funds not subject to unmet wagering requirements or fraud holds) will be returned to the Member via their last verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending investigations.

a9agent reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered Members via email or on-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where operationally practicable.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes the Member's acceptance of those changes. If a Member does not agree to the revised Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which a9agent is licensed to operate.

In the event of any dispute between a Member and a9agent, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via our customer support channels. Where resolution cannot be achieved informally, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable jurisdiction's designated arbitration authority, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent a9agent from seeking urgent interim relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, prevent fraudulent activity, or enforce a self-exclusion or account closure order.
